Mourning Transitions 302 Support Group

Early grief naturally centers on the immediate pain of loss. Mourning Transitions shifts that focus, gently guiding clients to look forward and explore a future without their significant person. This support group is dedicated entirely to the story of who you are now. Together, we will further explore navigating life after loss, present and future realities, and embark on the rediscovery of personal identity.

Mourning Transitions is an eight-week support group for clients who have previously attended a 301 group.

Our Grief and Bereavement programs and services are available at no cost to Northumberland County residents who have experienced the recent death of a significant person.
