Visiting Hospice Services supports clients and their families with a life-limiting illness by matching them with a hospice volunteer. Your volunteer can journey with you and support you in your home. Volunteers are a caring presence, and a trusted listener to focus on your life and what is important to you right now.

All volunteers are required to take a 30 hour accredited Hospice Palliative Care Ontario Volunteer Training, facilitated by our staff.  Visiting Hospice volunteers are supervised and supported in their chosen assignments by our staff.

• Respite services
• Legacy Work
• Vigils (volunteer sits with loved one during their last days of life to allow respite for the family)
